Full Time "Caretaker" of several apartment buildings

This is intended to be a full time/long term job, with growth opportunity as the company plans to grow in 2023. This is for a motivated, self starter, excellent follow-up, with good communication skills. The work is100 percent in the field, rotating at several locations. • Owners eyes and ears, note issues, address issues. • Daily upkeep of grounds and common areas, collecting litter, keeping trash areas clean. • Yard care, mowing, trimming during spring/summer/fall • Winter salting and shoveling of walkways in winter • Gather rent from collection boxes, post notices made by owner, collect company mail. • Respond to owner's requests, Work under regular owner directions, willingness to accept feedback on work. • Handle any of the lighter maintenance and repairs. • Coordinate unit turn overs and project manage larger projects with vendors and other workers. • Must have minimum tech skills to learn some lightweight software, use a smart phone/ phone camera, email, laptop and document scanner. • Mostly a Monday through Friday, day job, with occasional need for weekends or nights.
