Full time handyman / Property Maintenance/ Grounds Keeper Pay 20+/hr depending on experience. 40 hours per week, hours and days flexible. Benefits: Health Insurance, Retirement plan (401K/Profit Sharing), paid vacation/sick days Must be reliable, motivated, organized, neat, and enjoy outside yard/property maintenance Must have valid drivers License Must be able to operate a variety of different machinery(leaf blower/tractor/weed eater/side-by-side/chainsaw) and have knowledge of yard care (edging/planting/weeding). All equipment on site, basic knowledge of maintenance (change oil/ replace belt/grease equipmant) of small machinery a bonus. Spring, summer, fall hours mainly outside work. For example planting (flowers/grass/trees/shrubs), bed maintenance (edging/mulching/trimming bushes), lawn care, leaf blowing, weeding, deer fencing (put up/take down), lawn furniture (put up/take down), assist other workers on property as needed Winter snow maintenance/ plowing, inside doing maintenance,bringing season decorations into/out of storage, hanging pictures, painting, tool room organization/maintenance, and other small misc equipment care
