Property Preservation Vendor looking for a sub-contractor to complete work on properties going through the foreclosure process. Currently regaining properties in PA and Looking for coverage around Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and surrounding PA. Work includes grass cuts, winterizations, securing, debris removal and general handy man work. Must have a smart phone to take photos through an app which will be submitted to our client.
