***Solar Installers & General Labors Needed $20-$21/Hour *** Solar company is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic contractors to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work on all aspects of solar installation. Benefits consist of full time work, overtime, contractor benefits, and a great team to be a part of. Job Duties: Candidates will be responsible for unloading and staging materials across the site, will be trained on assembling and installing racking systems, installation of solar panels, basic wiring, laying pipe/electrical, and more. Candidates will be working on mechanical and electrical install on a roof-mounted solar array. Work with tools to assemble piles, tubing, install trackers, and assemble the racks for the panels to be bolted to. The laborers will transition into installing the panels on the racking, clip wires together, etc. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in solar, general labor, electrical/mechanical knowledge, or similar. Job Qualifications: Hand tool and power tool experience preferred. Must be able to work in an outdoor environment. All weather. Must be willing to work overtime. Any outdoor experience preferred.
