Description

Job Duties: Employee is responsible for interior, common area cleaning and general up-keep on various Apartment and Condominium properties in Denver, Englewood and Aurora. Cleaning duties include, but not limited to: trash pick-up on grounds/common areas, mopping, sweeping, light bulb replacement, dusting, window washing, vacuuming, collection and disposal of trash and restroom cleaning. Job Requirements: Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required, will train Reliable transportation Supervisory experience helpful Must provide proof of car insurance Must pass a background check Must be able to lift 45 lbs. overhead occasionally Schedule: 24-32 hours/week, DAY schedule, with potential to become full time hours
