Immediate openings Part Time Floor Technicians. Position's in Northern, Delaware. We are looking to add quality members to our commercial staff. Team members hired will come with some basic knowledge of daily floor cleaning and maintenance. Individuals who show good work ethics, such as showing pride in their work and prove to be reliable will be offered permanent positions and higher wage rates. Weekdays Monday through Friday start times are 4pm or 5pm and we work as a team to complete the full cleaning. Shift ends when the team is done, which is usually 8 pm to 9pm. Additional, work is available on weekends if you want the extra work but not required. Please note: Floor work is physical work. Bending, lifting, carrying, vacuuming, mopping can be strenuous for some people. Please keep this in mind if you inquire about the job. Responsibilities: (Varies on Job Assignment and Experience) • Keep floors in clean and orderly condition Dusting mopping, Vacuuming, spot mopping, fully mopping, floor scrubbing and floor waxing, floor buffing. • Maintain and care for equipment you are using.
