There’s a flat rubber roof. It’s leaking inside the house. It’s been leaking forever. We replaced damaged plywood and used new rubber 4 foot sheets from Lowe’s. Someone said water was coming in from adjacent neighbors joining flat rubber roof We need to check first to make sure the supporting under boards are good and then look for possible damaged areas.
