Part Time General Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a highly resourceful, part-time general building maintenance and repair technician that will perform maintenance and repairs at both an organization and rental properties as needed. In this role, you will be expected to: Inspect and identify needed repairs Troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate repairs needed Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician Perform routine maintenance on building systems Clean and assist with the upkeep of the properties Order supplies and materials as needed for repairs Other miscellaneous duties as assigned You will be responsible for the general maintenance and repairs of our organization, and several rental properties Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria: Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment/objects Ability to work independently High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience
