ISO small breed puppy

I’m looking for a small breed puppy that won’t get over 10-12 pounds full grown. I prefer a male but I’m not opposed to a female. I don’t have any specifics of breeds and he/she can be mixed, but I really prefer a chihuahua/chihuahua mix. I lost my chihuahua back in March due to a dog attack and now I’m looking to get a new baby. I’m not looking to spend more than 100, if that. The pup doesn’t have to have shots or be dewormed etc as I will take him/her to my vet! I can pick up the puppy anywhere between richmond Virginia and Greensboro NC.
