Painting side job

Hello we're looking for an experienced painter with some availability, we have four bedrooms we'd like to have the walls painted. We already have the paint just need someone skilled with a brush to cut the ceiling lines nice and clean. We are looking to pay around $25/hr depending on experience. If you can accept electronic payment that is a plus. If interested please tell me on a scale from 1-10 how straight a line you can cut and why you're the guy for the job! Thanks!
