Job Description We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community in Naples, FL. If you are an experienced technician with a desire to join the staff at Forest Lakes Condominium Association, we’d like to hear from you. Forest Lakes is a 55+ condominium association with 352 units. The ideal candidate must be able to take the responsibility for the following: • Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders, • Responsible for general clean-up of the community. • Rectify all maintenance problems during the day. • Maintain irrigation system (Inspect, perform wet checks, repairs). • Exercise isolation valves and building shut-off valves. • Inspect elevator lights, exit signs, building lighting and emergency lights. • Upkeep clay tennis courts. • Complete small landscape projects. • Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned. Qualifications • Previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs • Valid Driver’s License • High School diploma or equivalent • Good history of job dependability and performance • Able to work outdoors • Able to lift at least 50 lbs. Job Details and Benefits • Full-Time position • Monday to Friday - 8 hour shift • Be available for after hour’s emergency calls on a rotational basis • Salary: $17 - $19 an hour based on experience • Vacation and personal days available after 90 days • Vacation time – 2 weeks • Paid time off 7 holidays and 3 half days • Personal day 1 day every two months – 6 days per year Background check and drug screening are required
