Full-time opportunity for a person with home construction or home remodeling customer service and project management skills to join a fun and experienced team. Company overview LA Home Solutions is a top-rated, full-service handyman and home remodeling company servicing the Spring-Tomball area. We are looking for a full-time, energetic customer service team member with experience in managing day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to customer service, sales, preparing and emailing client estimates, technician time management, and dispatching/scheduling. Required: 2+ years home construction or home remodeling office experience Strong organization and communication skills; detail-oriented and conscientious Good typing skills; proficient in Quickbooks, MS Word, and Excel; able to work swiftly and accurately through various office projects Reliable transportation to and from work. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be team oriented and outgoing. Willingness to learn and be trained. Responsibilities: Answer phones, schedule onsite assessments, answer client questions, be knowledgeable of services, manage the flow and schedule of projects and jobs; maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of the office Keep office stocked with office supplies (i.e. paper, toner, cleaning supplies); schedule cleaning crew Run occasional errands for office supplies, payment pick-ups, and material pick-ups Assist with the preparation of client estimates and evaluating subcontractor bids Prepare and update a phone/contact list for subcontractors and material suppliers Manage field team schedule for daily and weekly projects Work with subcontractors to ensure paperwork is in order including contracts, project status checks, and W-9 paperwork Set up new employees; collect and summarize timesheets and manage weekly payroll Assist with selection, research, bidding, and ordering of construction materials Create and maintain a log to track clients' material selections (ie. flooring, countertop material), upgrades, and change orders Please send us your resume to [email protected].
