Enjoy a mid-week 60-minute energetic Vinyasa Flow class at Bodies in Motion Studio. We will tune into breath, flow, and slow down into stillness at the end of class. Please bring your own mat for class. Doors to class will open 10 minutes prior to class start time. Must signup on Eventbrite to hold a spot in class. Donation-based class with a $10 minimum donation paid at class by cash or Venmo.
