Please join the Columbus Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP on Thursday, December 15, 2022 for a panel discussion concerning mediation of cases in the Southern District of Ohio. Panelists include Magistrate Judge Kimberly A. Jolson, who heads the Southern District’s ADR program, and Porter Wright Partner and Southern District Volunteer Mediator Dave Shouvlin, who sits on the Southern District’s ADR Steering Committee. Topics will include the Southern District’s recent transition from settlement week to a year-round mediation program, and tips for mediation success from the mediator’s and practitioner’s perspective. An application for CLE credit is pending with the Ohio Supreme Court. The event will be held in-person and simulcast via WebEx. A WebEx link will be forwarded to registrants in advance of the event. Program begins at 8:00am. Coffee reception at 7:30 a.m.
