Looking for toy poodle or pekingese

I have a 13 year old pekingese. My mother lives in our upstairs apartment at our house. She recently lost her Pomeranian. I would like to get her another small 15 pounds or less dog to replace for companionship. I like poodles and pekingese. Does not have to be purebreed a mix dog would be fine. I would preferred it be atleast 5 years older and housebroken. We have a large fenced yard in the country. It would have a doggie door to come in and out as needed. If you have a dog that needs a very loving home we can give it the best. Thanks for reading.
