We’re looking for licensed and skill individuals or company to build our house. We’re Not looking to hire any one complaint to build our home. We’re looking for subcontractors. We will be our own GENERAL CONTRACTOR. Because we don’t want a mortgage we’re selecting base off your PER SQUARE FOOT RATE. It doesn’t matter if our home is 1,000 square feet or 20,000 please give your PER SQUARE FOOTAGE RATE.Our foundation is a basement foundation. We prefer to use someone with experience with basement foundations. After you submit your PER SQUARE FOOT RATE, I’ll give you our square footage and start date. This will be a CASH deal paid daily. For example if you charge $7 per square foot for framing and the house is 10,000 square feet then the price is $70,000. If you tell me it’ll take 10 days you’ll be paid $7,000 per day in cash for 10 days. Plumbing, electrical, foundation, framing etc we need your labor rate per square footage. We’ve tried using a builder who changed prices as the process was beginning. Please be firm in your own rate. You may give with materials rate per foot or without. This will be in Ellis county. We must have contracts to lock in your quoted rate, start and end times etc. February-March START date. Thank you in advance and looking to do good business.
