We're so excited to host the Youth NYE Celebration. There are volunteer opportunities for parents and adult volunteers to participate. Please click here for the VOLUNTEER APPLICATION to apply to serve & volunteer. Calling all 6th - 12th graders! It's almost time for the 2023 NYE New Year's Eve celebration, "Title". This year's party is going to be amazing! We're going to have inflatables, games, an encouraging word, giveaways and our own private party at Dave & Buster’s! Early registration ($40) ends on Sunday, December 14th, the regular registration($60) ends on Wednesday 12/21 @ 11:59PM.  After this deadline, only a limited number of walk-in registration for $75 will be available on the day of the event. SCHEDULE:8:00PM - 9:00PM: Check In at Grace Covenant Church Grace Kids Lobby. 8:00-10pm: Free Play (inflatables, games, food, fun, photo booth) 10:00pm: MAIN EVENT in MAIN AUDITORIUM: Entertainment & Keynote speaker 12:00am: Ring in the NEW YEAR! 12:05am: Begin Boarding Buses to DAVE & BUSTERS. (7000 Arundel Mills Circle #D-1, Hanover, MD 21076) 5:30AM/6:00am: Load buses (5:30AM), Buses depart (6AM) and Return to Grace Covenant Church. (LFT Staff will email all parents if update on arrival time is needed) 7:00am: Parent Pickup at Grace Covenant Church 7:15am: LATEST PICKUP TIME FAQ. 1. Do the students need to bring extra money for games and/or food?  Food will be provided at Dave and Busters and each student will receive a Dave & Buster’s play card with $20 to play ticketed games. This card can be used unlimited for non-ticketed games. If students would like to add personal money to their card once the given amount runs out, they can bring their own money to do so.  2. PICK-UP Pick up will be at Grace Covenant Church promptly at 7AM on January 1st.  Please be on time to pick up your child/children.  3. Cell Phones: Students are more than welcome to bring portable charger or chargers for their phones. However, we advise that they not leave their phone charging unattended. Students are responsible for their own belongings for the duration of the event. 4. What is on the menu for Snacks? At CHURCH: Chips mix, pizza, and beverages/water. At Dave & Busters: Free Sliders, Pretzel dogs, Chicken bites, Fries, Soda and water 5. Thank you for joining us in giving to the local families in our community by signing up to bring scarves, gloves and/or hats.  Please bring them with you tomorrow and drop them off at the registration desk.  6: Check-in for all starts at 8PM @ GraceCovenant Church, grace kids lobby. DRESS CODE Grace Covenant Church has determined a specific standard of dress for all attendees, including our leaders. We strive to create an environment that is safe and fun for all attendees. With all of us working together to uphold this standard, we hope to maintain a focus on what truly matters. This is an advanced notice so that volunteers/attendees can dress accordingly. While our staff works hard to enforce our standard of dress, we try not to make it our only focus. We apologize in advance if there are any inconsistencies in addressing the standard of dress for one student and not another. We do rely on you and appreciate your efforts to maintain this standard of dress for the duration of this event. No revealing or excessively tight clothing No clothes advertising drugs, alcohol or tobacco. No clothing with foul language on it. No clothing with inappropriate logos or pictures. Skirts/Dresses must be 3 inch above the knee or longer. Shorts and pants should be appropriate length, to include rips in jeans (finger tip). No sagging pants or shorts, no biker shorts or running pants (i.e. not body hugging). No text on the back of shorts or pants. No spaghetti strap tops (all straps should be an inch or two finger tips wide). No bare midriffs (tops must cover the whole stomach/waist). No clothing revealing the stomach, bra, or back.
