Looking for a good home for a 6 month old kitten

My friend had this cat and had to give him up due to her allergies and him not getting along with her dogs. I took him in about a week ago, but it turns out he doesn't get along with my cat either and I am looking for a new home for him (I can't give him back to his original owner because he will get dumped if I do) Lucifer is extremely sweet and affectionate. He is not neutered so he may try to mark his territory until he is (he's been getting a lot better at that though). He is also very loud and needs to be an only pet. Even with his "flaws," he is an awesome little dude who deserves a good, patient home. I also have a bit of food, treats, a bed, a litter box, food/water bowls, and some toys that you can take as well. Asking for a $225 adoption fee to cover some of the expenses I've had while taking care of him
