For many of us, there is more that needs to be done each day and we have fewer resources to get it all accomplished. Some of the things we struggle with: 1) I have too many things to focus on. 2) How do I get results and move the metrics? 3) How do I prioritize? 4) What do I do next? Brian Hudson will be presenting and discussing some tools and techniques to utilize, to help identify the priority items on which to focus, how to clarify the work to be done, and how to drive to successful completion. We will also continue our discussions on lean tools and philosophies and how to get more done in less time, with reduced resources. This is an event not only for lean practitioners but for anyone striving to prioritize and add focus to their work life. We will be meeting in person and live streaming for this event. Plan to join us in person if possible. Our live attendance has been slowly growing, but we are not close to our pre-covid numbers. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Industrial Technology and spent 15 years as a Manufacturing Engineer and Production Manager prior to joining Franciscan Health in 2006. He is currently the Director of Strategy Deployment for Western Indiana, and works with hospital leaders on improvement initiatives in all areas of the ministry.
