Two-day workshop promoting the recruitment and retention of volunteers. Your instructors will cover how leadership, equity, diversity, service and behavioral health can benefit your fire department. Instruction will also include situational leadership discussion, leadership dichotomy, accountability, equity vs. equality, team building and team dynamics.
