First and foremost, I am so incredibly honored you have shown interest in this group workshop. As a certified Trauma Informed Breathwork guide the number one goal in any sacred space I hold is to create safety within the container. Therefore, in the "Introduction to Breathwork" group workshop we will explore creating safety within our body, learn the incredible power of our breath, and gain tools to move forward in alignment with what feels most present in our body here and now.
Before we jump into all this let's talk about what breathwork is. Breathwork is a practice of allowing our systems to see a different perspective whereby we feel deeply connected to our bodies. We understand and experience the intelligence contained within our systems. How do we do this? We use continual breath patterns with the assistance of music, guidance of the facilitator and the safety within your body. By focusing on our breath, we're able to break down emotions in the body that are stagnant and create havoc on our energetic systems. There are so many incredible benefits of breathwork.
