Looking for fulltime maintenance person for properties in the Barron County area. Need to have your own tools, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Responsible for common area maintenance, resident maintenance, apartment turnover, light snow removal, and some lawn care. $23 an hour plus amazing benefits. 100% employer paid insurance, 25 days of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 403b with employer 3% match and much more.
