Check in at 8:30am 2. All registrants get a Nike T shirt, bag, and other goodies! 3. COVID precautions include optional masks for participants and spectators. FFH staff will sanitize each station before the rotation of groups. 4. You’ll be broken up into your age group for the whole clinic after our warm up. 5. Bring shin guards, black nike or non branded shorts/ socks (if possible), and water! 6. We will provide a smoothie and a bar for our Snack break but if you would like more to eat feel free to bring food or the consession stand will have a few options.
