We’re a small team of 5 people and you’ll be working closely with the Operations Manager. THE ROLE As a member of the operations team, you'll help with packaging, packing orders, processing returns & exchanges as well as some customer support. The warehouse is an active space that will keep you on your feet. The ideal candidate is capable of working autonomously on individual tasks as well as coordinating with the team to hit and exceed weekly goals. This position is ideal for someone who is a hard working self-starter, and is interested in contributing to the Atlas’s customer-first brand legacy. You’ll interact directly with customers and be responsible for ensuring a positive experience across a wide variety of situations. YOU WILL Package products into their packaging Assist with fabric and webbing cutting Assist with shipping responsibilities Assist with rush shipment logistics and details as needed Maintain organizational methods in the warehouse Prepare repairs for manufacturing Conduct semi-regular full inventory counts Manage and process returned products and restock Other duties as assigned YOU HAVE Exceptional communication skills, professional correspondence skills are a must Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills Physical endurance (the ability to pick orders, or otherwise remain standing for several hours per day) Drive, flexibility and multi-tasking capability with ability to thrive in a team environment Working knowledge of shipping and warehousing best practices Experience with Shopify, Slack, ERP/WMS, and/or Gorgias a plus Ability to lift 35 lbs BENEFITS Position starts at $20.00/hr Flexible schedule, just get the job done Snacks and drinks of your choice provided Brand new facilities Best-in-class software and equipment Complimentary gear for you and your pups TO APPLY PLEASE REPLY WITH THE TOP 3 REASONS YOU'RE THE BEST PERSON FOR THE JOB.
