Hello! Rashelle Duplechain here! Mother of 2, Adolescent Psych Nurse and Holistic Wellness Coach! Mental Health is a hot trend and for a good reason! Many recent events such as the pandemic have illuminated the importance of caring for our mind, body and spirit. Things such as isolation, social media and polarized communities have left many seeking refuge and comfort from the daily stressors that seem to appear on every corner. In my faith, I believe, with Divine guidance, we are meant to evolve and overcome any challenges that arise. So it is my calling and purpose to be a bridge in these times of mental strife, to shine a light of hope on humanities resilience and strength. I am passionate about providing additional mental health resources to our youth to guide them to their fullest potential. I aspire to create an environment where they feel safe to express emotions and inspire others while learning to be the most authentic version of themselves. My mission is to empower adolescents by teaching them life long tools that will foster confidence as they face life's challenges.
