Hello! You need insurance to do this work in my building. My faucet started leaking. It can't be accessed without removing the countertop. We want to replace the faucet and sink, as well as the cabinet since it has damage. The new countertop will need to be cut again for a new sink. There are some other odds and ends to do at the same time. I'm guessing this is a two day job. Here's what I need done: - replace countertop (it is butcher block wood, it will be available on site) - cut countertop for new sink (have sink on hand), and for new faucet - put new sink cabinet in place (it is IKEA, and it should be available by next week) While we are at it, we would like: - The mini ventless washer/dryer hooked up to the water. - the other countertop replaced - there may be some tile backsplash to replace above Here are pictures of the kitchen we are talking about.
