P & A's Lawn Care and Hauling Services is a small local family owned landscaping business. We are looking for Lawn and Landscape Laborers Competitive pay based on experience, employment type: Seasonal Our Shop is located in Jessup, but we service the City and Counties of Baltimore. We are currently looking to hire 2 landscape persons to assist in our end of the year landscaping business. We are looking for laborers for a few weeks before the snow. Candidate must have a valid drivers license with transportation, be reliable, have a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond on a daily basis. If you are interested in joining our team, read below to see if you would be a good fit. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of landscaping installation, maintenance experience. High attention to detail and strong work ethic, energetic and positive Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills and proven time management skills Must be physically capable to perform standard landscape projects and work unsupervised, if necessary Ability to work in a hands on, fast paced environment Able to operate Landscaping Equipment and Machinery Reliable, individual that can work well with a team of different backgrounds Basic understanding of all common landscape and/or lawn care maintenance processes Clean driving record Ability to operate commercial vehicles and equipment in a safe manner Must be able to drive a Truck with or without a closed in Trailer attached Ability to lead a crew on a daily basis Must be a U.S. Citizen Maintain equipment Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds for hauling projects Able and willing to work in various weather conditions P &A's Lawn Care and Hauling Business is a drug free environment Principals Only.
