Description
I run an active race car team and I'm look for shop space to maintain the car for the upcoming 2023 season. Would need 220V power for welders, etc. plus a place to park a 24' enclosed trailer. Willing to deal as I am an experienced electrician and electrical engineer and also consider a sponsorship.
