Hello, I am looking for research participants for my dissertation study. My study has been approved by the University of Illinois at Chicago review board! The purpose of the study is to understand what occurs during hair routines and understand past hair routines. For this study, you will be interviewed and will be observed doing your child's hair. You may choose to take part in the study virtually or in person. You will be paid $50 for your participation. If you are interested and: 1. Identify as a Black or African American 2. Style your child's hair 3. Have a child that is 6 or 7 years old Please contact me if you are interested!
