Benson Bright Preservation is hiring an individual to do yard maintenance at 8 vacant homes in the east Texas area (to see a map of the properties, see the picture attached to this ad) Duties include just lawn mowing and weed whacking, and each maintenance visit pays $75. All yards must be cut before Monday, December 5th. Equipment needed is a riding or zero turn lawnmower, weedeater, and blower or broom. You must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed.
