seeking lady assistant/companion for a project

I am organizing paperwork with the re-organization and merger of three large private companies. Some of the paperwork is in Spanish and I also do not know that language. I am seeking a nice, preferably older lady to assist me with this work. I can provide training link. No prior experience required. If you have any bookkeeping experience it would be useful. Also, I would like to see if this can also blend with a close friendship due to my own senior situation. Only honest good person, ladies without criminal pasts should apply. Flexible hours.
