Maintenance Employment Position requires maintenance on apartments and buildings for 2 different properties in the Lawrence area. * Primary duties include work orders, turns, grounds, and common area maintenance. * Understanding of basic plumbing, electricity, drywall, and painting needs is required. * Position requires the successful applicant have a positive working relationship with our existing maintenance staff to * * * * Ensure that all buildings are maintained at the excellent level established by management. * Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week. * Successful applicant is willing to be on-call for 2 weeks per month. * Personal time off - 5 Days per year * Paid holiday's * Health Insurance Compensation
