***Important*** This job requires driving in your vehicle and you will be COMPENSATED for mileage (62.5 cents per mile) on top of your $18 hourly pay. You MUST have reliable transportation. This is an early afternoon/nighttime position. We will require 2 nights per week. Work shifts will last 6-7 hours on weeknights. Position #1 is a Monday and Tuesday position every week. Mondays around 4 pm to 10-11 pm. Tuesdays around 4pm to 11pm. Position #2 in Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Tuesday around 12 to 7 or 8pm. Wednesday 5 pm to around 9 pm. Thursday around 2 pm to around 9 pm. You must be able to pass a drug screen. Our company provides first time drug screens as well as random drug screens throughout the course of work. We expect excellent quality! You will provide custodial services to various commercial properties, including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, polishing desks and emptying trash bins. You should be comfortable cleaning bathrooms, kitchen as well as other public spaces. Our properties are typically cleaned after business hours. Our ideal applicant has reliable transportation and has experience using various types of cleaning supplies and tools. Duties and Responsibilities Clean bathrooms, kitchen and public areas Vacuum and mop floors Empty trash bins Clean windows and mirrored surfaces Dust shelves and other surfaces Maintain cleaning supplies Requirements and ​Qualifications Prior cleaning experience strongly preferred Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 Ibs. Willing to work nights Have reliable transportation and willing to drive from office to office Principals only.
