An enjoyable and engaging elderly gentleman with developmental disabilities (also in a wheelchair), is seeking a third Caregiver and housemate. Two conscientious, caring, and clean live-in caregivers (one male, one female) also support him in the 4-bedroom home. House is a short walk to downtown Burlington and waterfront. Gentleman enjoys many things including conversation, music, movies, volunteering, helping around the house, art & craft projects, helping to make the morning coffee and prepping meals. Looking for someone mindful with a good communication skills, sense of humor, patience, cleanliness, and willing to learn how to support with personal care needs.  Full paid training provided. Resume, references, and full background checks required. Position requires 3-4 asleep overnight shifts per week plus regularly-scheduled paid awake hours (TBD, typically 20-25hrs).  Must be willing to follow Covid prevention guidelines to protect this wonderful gentleman, yourself, and your housemates. Availability to interview in-person is highly desirable. Rent free, pay one-quarter of utilities only, and split costs of shared items.
