Needing a handyman or handy woman who is experienced in all phases on construction, particularly framing, trim work, laying tile, decks, minor plumbing and electrical, laying laminate and vinyl floors. You must have a truck and most of your own tools and be willing to work alone most of the time. This job is primarily in Platte County and could become full time. The pay is cash starting at $25 per hour and paid each Friday. We could negotiate after the first week or first real gig. I'm not interested in someone who already has a team and looking for jobs or a husband/wife pair. This is to fill a position. I'm not interested at all if you depend on others for transportation and if you don't own at least the basic tools, do drugs and alcohol. I am flexible if you have other work you need to do from time to time as this is not always a 40 hours a week of work. If you don't have it, I'll try to find it for you. This job is mostly anywhere from 1 hour to 5 week jobs at homes in the Parkville, Riverside and Platte Woods areas.
