Hello, good energy to all! I am a senior who has Silver Sneakers, can someone tell me a gym in York that has Silver Sneakers classes? Also is there a gym in York that has a lot of senior people who work out? The gym I have been going to no longer has any Silver Sneakers classes, I enjoy seeing people in my age group staying healthy and working out !
