SBM Management Team is searching for a Ground Keeper! The grounds keeper maintains the grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property clean. Responsibilities are maintaining cleanliness of assigned are including but not limited to the removal of litter/debris, clearance of passageways. Safely uses, maintains, and performs minor repairs on equipment such as, snow removal equipment, power washers, and blowers. Complies with safety rules, policies and procedures including use of personal protective equipment. Stops at risks behaviors of self and others. Communicates with co-workers, management team, and customers in a professional manner. Responds to trouble calls and clean up spills, provides a professional appearance and conduct. Provides customers service and satisfaction. Understands the reporting system. $125.00 Bonus each month if all required key performance indicators are met.
