Sailboat bottom and hull sanding and painting

I need someone to help do sanding, painting, and cleanup (sweeping / washing down) our sailboat bottom and sides. Experience of some sort with electric or pneumatic sanders and rolling paint preferred. To start immediately. Must have reliable transportation to get to the job site in Tarpon Springs. This job will be 5 to 10 full days of work, and possible a few more depending on how fast we can get it all done. We have to be completely done with painting the boat by Friday the 8th of December. We have all the tools including bunny suite, masks, eye protection, etc. I simply need you to have a good work ethic and be capable of doing the work. You must be willing to work a full 8.5 hour day 8am -5pm with 30-45 minutes lunch. We will be working Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday (and if they let us in, Saturday and Sunday) No Wednesdays. I will pay $20/hr. I will pay out earnings at the end of each week. You must be able to follow directions and move swiftly - i.e. If you're lazy don't call me.
