The maintenance associate role will require you to work independently as well as part of a team to provide a safe, clean, and secure work environment for the teammate that work here at the Customer Support Center (CSC).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain corporate facility as possible, ex. plumbing and electrical needs.
Assembly, disassembly, and moving of office furniture and cubical systems.
Painting and making minor repairs to building interior and furnishings.
Maintain grounds by picking up trash, shoveling snow, salting, maintaining walking trail, and retention ponds.
Set up and tear down of equipment used for events, ex. Tables, portable stage, etc.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years or more of building maintenance experience or trade school certificate.
Additional Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Personable, able to interact well with all manner of personalities in a corporate office environment
Lift and carry 60lbs regularly
Ability to operate a forklift, skid steer, and UTV/ATV or willingness to learn
Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools and power tools, ex. circular saw, drill, etc.
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to climb and work off ladders of various heights
Comfortable working with PC, including email and Building Systems control applications
