Cat needs rehoming

Description

I have a cat that needs a new home unable to tend to the cats needs I cant afford food or kitty litter or vet services. She is probably 3 or 4 years old roughly 18 pounds black, grey and white color. She is very chill but over weight she gained a lot after she was fixed she has diet issues and I have followed vets instructions to best I can but she still not losing weight she has trouble cleaning herself. She will come litter box and anything I have for her including food and treats.
