Acoustic drum practice space

Hello everyone, I live in Emmaus in an apartment complex and I am looking for a small space (I would be happy with anything remotely climate controlled; shed, garage, etc) where I can set up my acoustic drums for practice. I know this is a tall order and I do not have much to offer in the way of payment, but I would be happy to discuss a monthly fee for keeping them wherever they can reside. Drums are very important to me (I have been playing for about 13 years) and I am trying to continue practicing as regularly as I am able.
