I have a 2 year old blue Quaker Parrot I am needing to rehome. His name is Poe, he is a very tame little guy and loves being on shoulders or on top of his cage. He is very vocal and has an extensive vocabulary. He will come with his cage. And toys. Rehoming fee does apply. Will have to be picked up in saltville.
