Hey guys. I'm 25, and I just moved to the area. I don't know anyone, and so I'm completely detached from the music scene here. I'm looking for people around my age group who really want to do something with their talent. I'm into a lot of genres. I'd really like to start a metalcore group, however I'm also really into Indie/Math Rock, Dream Pop, Psychedelic, Shoegaze kind of shit. I'm down for whatever. Here is a random list of some of my influences. Metalcore: ERRA, Loathe, Northlane, Invent Animate, Ghost Chant, The Contortionist, Architects Indie Rock: Citizen, Balance and Composure, American Football Dream Pop: Men I Trust, Crumb, The Marias Math Rock: CHON, Polyphia, Strawberry Girls, Jakub Zytecki, TTNG Shoegaze: Deftones, Whirr, Glassjaw Hope some of these caught your eye! Anyways, I am pretty involved. I can do vocals, play guitar and bass, and I have a good bit of knowledge about producing. I've been playing guitar for 10 years, and at the end of the day that's what I'd really like to do, but I'm versatile. So let's make something happen. Thanks for checking out my post.
