Testing the waters, solid drummer and guitarist writing originals. Looking for experienced bassist, vox, and potentially another guitarist. Have about three to four songs in works, planning on writing many more. Main immediate goal is to release an ep and start playing shows. We jam in Holyoke and new salem, primarily in new salem but open to other places if you have a place to jam. Jam about once a week. We are in our mid thirties have full time jobs but have a passion for music. We don't care about politics and only care about writing some sick music. So if you're hung up on that stuff please don't inquire. Looking for an old school death metal sound but want to evolve it and not sound the same, think a lot of double bass, blast beats, and thrash. Heavy riffs but some melodic thrashy parts too. Always looking to grow on the sound, not trying to get trapped in the 90s sound per say even though this seems to be a growing trend. Hopefully we will get our own unique sound. Some influencess are suffocation, dying fetus, cynic, cannibal corpse, black dahlia, at the gates, many other artists. Look forward to your reply!!
