Drummer for wedding/private event band

Description

10 pc band. We have nothing coming up, but we are repped by 3 pro agencies. If you are a pro looking to fill dates, I don't think this is for you. If you are a good or better player and you are hoping to get into something where you can play meaningful gigs and be paid like a professional, that's the idea. We have been around for 14 years with people coming and going. We have a lead singer who turned all 4 chairs on the Voice. We got through a decent gig schedule this fall with a fair amount of subs and I want a more cohesive band going forward. I need someone who is going to be well-prepared and willing to rehearse 2-3 times/month to get it gelling a little bit (practices will be guitar/keys/bass/drums mostly). We need someone musically and practically dependable. Please don't respond if you don't have a car. Our rehearsal spot is walk-in and play on our drums, no loading. The 2-3 monthly occasions will be weeknights. We accept work anywhere which means the occasional day or weekend trip as far as DC or Long Island. Again, pay is respectable for that. If you have a kid with soccer games you can't miss every Saturday, not for you. In 2022 we will have played 10 times and the drummer averaged $290 take-home. Weddings pay more than non-wedding parties.
