Building Services Contractor seeks a Supervisor with Handyman experience to join our management team. We are a growing company is a fast paced and dynamic environment. We seek a Supervisor who can supervise company janitorial employees and functions, perform general handyman work and supervise employees and vendors for the company's management team. Responsibilities include: >Supervising Janitorial services and handling Handyman Service Calls. >Respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues. >Respond to client locations to ensure services are being delivered, inspect and train employees. >Ensure client locations and employees have needed supplies. >Responding to calls for service or emergencies when needed. >Ability to be On-Call in case of emergencies. >Schedule is Mon-Fri and One (1) Saturday a month. Three Days 9AM to 6PM and 2 days 2PM-11PM. >Must have flexibility for some weekend/afterhours work needs and OT. >Our operations span South, West, Central and North Florida, occasional travel needed. >Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses and projects. Candidates must: >Be 26 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use smartphone and e-mail. >Have provable Handyman/Maintenance and Repair Technician experience. >Reliable, responsible, detailed quality driven and self motivated.
