Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
⦁ The PLT will develop all the skills of sanding, masking, and detailing.
⦁ The PLT will perform work in accordance with the MAACO Processes.
⦁ The PLT will produce work that meets the Maaco Quality standards and production standards of one car per hour.
⦁ The PLT will use all materials in an efficient and cost effective manner.
⦁ The PLT will function as a member of the MAACO team, and assist other Paintline Technicians in the completion of their procedures when needed to keep the line moving.
⦁ The PLT will use and maintain all MAACO equipment in a safe and judicious manner.
⦁ The PLT will adhere to all health regulations and utilize all safety equipment.
⦁ The PLT will adhere to all safety rules in dealing with hazardous materials.
⦁ The PLT will maintain his/her workstation in a clean and efficiently organized manner.
⦁ Requires bending and lifting. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
⦁ Must possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and the ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
⦁ Requirements
⦁ High school diploma/GED or certificate/ associate's degree program in auto body and paint technology or equivalent life experience.
⦁ Requires bending and lifting. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
⦁ Must possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and the ability to drive vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
⦁ Previous experience in auto body painting desired.
