Taste of Wausau series is a series of Cultural Culinary Experiences where you will learn about a culture and learn how to cook one of the signature dishes. For December, we will learn about Jamaica. Janice Watson owner of A Taste of Jamaica will teach the group how to cook Ackee & Salted Fish with Fried Plantains!
