Want to be a scientist? Join us for our Citizen Science Sundays for Kids! Middle School-aged kids (accompanied by an adult) will be able to learn in depth about our local ecosystem here at Hogtown Creek Headwaters Nature Park! Bird is the WORD this month! Join us December 18th from 10am-11:30am as we explore the diverse world of BIRDS locally and worldwide going back millions of years! Venture into the woods on a bird watching hike to see what local birds we share our park with, and enjoy a bird-themed activity to tie it all together! Children and their guardian must both be registered to attend! Portions of this program are inside and outside. Comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, bug spray, water, and mask are recommended.
