In this tell all class we'll cover all aspects of competition chicken thighs, and spare ribs for KCBS BBQ competitions.
We've made plenty of mistakes over 12 years learning to become consistently a top 10 team in chicken and ribs. Learn from our mistakes and save yourself the money and frustration, while reducing your learning curve.
We will cover all aspects of a KCBS contest cooked on drum smokers. Class size is limited to 20 students, and will follow a KCBS timeline live. Live instruction, and hands on instruction with Double O Drum Co smokers. You will taste all competition meats.
